Reference Number 0000295567 SCOPE OF WORK D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the removal and replacement of the roof system and all associated metal and mechanical work. D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Roof over Apparatus bays (b) Tower roof The Contractor shall not commence the Work on the Site before August 1, 2025. The Award Authority may reject all or any part of any Bid, or waive technical requirements or minor informalities or irregularities, if the interests of the City so require.
