Reference number: 20076639 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-06-19 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 2 Description The Municipality of Les Cèdres wishes to receive bids for resurfacing and paving work on Emeraudes, Rubis and Hotel-de-Ville streets. Without being restrictive, the work can be summarized as follows: - Removal of vegetation from shoulders; Final grading and pre-paving preparation; Paving or resurfacing with asphalt; Surface repairs; Marking work. In addition, all related work required to complete the present contract. In the event that the cost of the work exceeds the amounts available in the budget, the project owner reserves the right to carry out only part of the work at his discretion, without any claim being possible on the part of the contractor. Delivery schedule The contractor must proceed with diligence and establish his work schedule taking into account that : a) The contractor has a period of ten (10) consecutive working days between August 4 and 22, 2025 to complete all the work. b) The working hours available to the contractor are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. c) The contractor is required to take into account any unforeseen circumstances, such as rainy days, waiting times, etc., in his schedule. In the event of delay, the client reserves the right to take all necessary measures, in accordance with the contract, to protect its interests. The contractor will not be reimbursed
