The Ulster County Planning Department seeks the services of a firm to prepare preliminary engineering reports. The reports would evaluate the water supply and septic systems of two manufactured home parks. These reports would determine what repairs or upgrades are needed. The respondent will prepare up to four reports that look at each of these infrastructure systems separately. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Contract term: 6 months The preliminary engineering reports will provide the park operators and the Planning Department a way to proceed with improving water and septic infrastructure. They will allow another party to pursue funding for construction costs and, if need be, more detailed engineering work. At least ten (10) calendar days before the date established for submitting proposals. Inquiries will not be considered after that date. Transmittal of questions via facsimile is acceptable.
