Reference Number 0000391352 The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the direct replacement and complete installation of three (3) York Roof Top Mounted HVAC Units (RTUs), located at the Ulster County Law Enforcement Center, 380 Boulevard, Kingston, NY 12401. The total sum bid shall include all labor, materials, equipment, delivery, installation, and associated construction work necessary to complete the project installation and make the RTUs fully operational. The removal of the existing units by crane to the ground and proper disposal of the existing units and all related materials. o Recovering existing Freon out of the old/existing RTUs and proper disposal of Freon. Vendor must provide certification in writing of proper Freon disposal. o The installation of adapter curbs for an airtight seal to the existing curb. o Ensuring the replacement RTUs have the same capacity and operating capabilities of the existing RTUs. The setting of the new units on the adapter curb with a crane. o The installation of condensate drain piping connections. o Coordinating with Eastern Heating and Cooling and connecting the units to the existing ALC control system. o All required electrical wiring and the installation of a new disconnect switch. o Start-up and testing for proper operation. o Any and all damages of any kind resulting from all work and repairs performed by the VENDOR, including but not limited to damages to the building or equipment, the VENDOR'S own work, or to the work of other vendor's at said site.
