Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Warren, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000389725 The scope of the project includes removing and replacing the concrete topping at the outdoor plaza level, drainage improvements, waterproofing, rehabilitation of the entry stairs, masonry reconstruction, structural concrete repairs, painting and landscaping. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary and incidental to complete the Work as set forth in this bid advertisement in accordance with the City of Warren standards. Question Acceptance Deadline 06/24/2025 12:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Certified Payroll - FOB Destination - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each bid must be accompanied by a five percent (5%) Bid Bond or Certified Check as security for acceptance of the Contract. A pdf version of this bid bond or certified check must be included in the bid. The original bid bond or check must be submitted prior to recommendation for award of bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The City also reserves the right to select multiple bids to fulfill the requirements of this project. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least sixty (60) days.
