Reconstruction and Repair Jefferson County, Wisconsin The Town of Sullivan, Jefferson County, Wisconsin, is Soliciting Sealed Bids for the Rome Mill Headrace Reconstruction and Repair Project, Involving the Restoration of the West Embankment to a 2:1 Horizontal-tovertical Slope Gradient (I.e., 2 Feet Horizontal for Every 1 Foot Vertical), in Accordance With Engineering Specifications Prepared by Ruekert Mielke. The Project Includes Long-reach Excavation and Erosion Control Work. The Town Will Dewater the Millrace Canal at Least Three (3) Weeks Prior to Construction and Will Supply Required Materials. Project Timeline: - Start: On or About August 15, 2025 - Completion: No Later Than September 30, 2 30, 2025 Award May Occur at That Meeting or a Subsequent Special Meeting if Clarification is Needed. Bid Security and Contract Requirements: 100% Performance Bond Required Upon Award - Formal Contract Execution Required Legal Compliance This Contract is Subject to: Wis.
