All of the work of this Contract is located in rights-of-way, easements, or on property owned or permitted by the Owner. 1.02 WORK TO BE DONE A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services and incidentals to complete all work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. All cost for Demobilization shall be absorbed by the Contractor. Not a separate pay item. B. The Contractor shall perform the work complete, in place, and ready for continuous service, and shall include repairs, testing, permits, cleanup, replacements and restoration, including restoration of vegetative cover required as a result of damages caused during this construction. C. All materials, equipment, skills, tools and labor which are reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the work in a substantial manner and in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these Specifications or Drawings shall be furnished and installed by the Contractor without additional compensation, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not. D. The Contractor shall comply with all county, city, state, federal, and other codes which are applicable to the proposed constructions work. 1.03 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED This Project consist of Selective Site Demolition, Clearing and Grubbing, Earthwork, Placement of Earth Fill, Placement of Rock RipRap, and Final Grassing & Stabilization, Etc. 1.04 WORK SEQUENCE A. All work to be done under the Contract shall be done with minimum inconvenience to the people living in this area. The contractor shall coordinate his work with the Engineer such that existing service is maintained to all property owners at all times. B. Construction shall be performed in stages in a manner as to provide the least inconvenience to the public or adjacent property owners. C. Construct the Work in stages to provide for public convenience. Do not close off Public use of facilities until completion of one stage of construction will provide alternative usage.
