Site work for a civil project in Powers, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: o Sanitary Sewer - Replace sanitary sewer adjacent to Pinecrest Medical Care Facility. o Wastewater Stabilization Lagoon - Construct new cell with aeration system. o Pump Station - Upgrade lift station #4. Document Notes: Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Question Deadline 07/09/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Scott Nowack, snowack@coleman-engineering.com . Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
