Kingsville Noble Texas Builders is the selected Design-Build Contractor for the Texas A&M University Kingsville Deferred Maintenance Project and is requesting subcontractor bids. Scope: Road Repair and Asphalt Resurfacing around Texas A&M Kingsville University. To restore cracked, worn, or damaged road sections across the campus using road-mix asphalt paving. The goal is to improve safety, functionality, and the overall aesthetics of campus transportation routes.
