Furnishing the labor, materials, and equipment for the Indian Creek Dredging Project. This project is funded with Federal Grant Funds and shall therefore follow Federal Labor Standards Provisions. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. All contractors and sub-contractors involved with this project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the Equal Opportunity Requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972 and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bidders must comply with the Davis Bacon Wage Rates for Public Improvements in Butler County, Ohio. The Village of Millville reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject all bids. This is a sediment removal project for Indian Creek in the Village of Millville, Ohio area. The purpose of the project is to improve water flow through the Village area and reduce overflow issues created by sediment buildup in the form of visible islands within the project area. All removed sediment shall be removed/hauled from the creek to a disposal area. Contract start date: July 11th, 2025 Contract completion: September 30th, 2025
