Furnishing all labor and materials for the Dogwood Park Field and Baseball Improvement Project, a construction project including the excavation of earth, replacement of baseball fields and backstops, soccer fields, irrigation and other related work. This project is federally assisted. Contracts to be awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to federal laws and related acts that are referenced in the bid package. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a bid bond in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code for the contract amount. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder shall submit a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. Print the necessary pages from the electronic package for submission, including the Proposal Form, Bid Form and the Personal Property Affidavit documents. It is the intent and requirement of the Village that this project be completed within ninety (90) calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the Village of Mariemont, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. The Village Council of Mariemont, Ohio reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. This contract involves improvements in Dogwood Park on Pleasant Street.
