Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Washington, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; parking garage; and parking garage.
Work The Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Project is generally described as follows: Washington Operations Center which includes a new office building and a garage, with storage bins. The Site of the Work includes real property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but generally located 290 East Washington Avenue. Contractor will achieve Substantial Completion of the Work on or before 15 Months and will achieve Final Completion of the Work on or before 16 Months. Question Deadline 06/12/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Extended from 06/12/2025 per Addendum 1.
