Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of September 12, 2025, construction has commenced on the first two bid packages. As of June 10, 2025, the construction manager has begun releasing GMPs. There will be a total of eight (8) GMP packages covering the typical water/ waste water construction needs. Each GMP will be listed separately. GMP #7, Design Package B for the Existing Plant, is expected to be released January 29, 2026, for bidding. Bid closing is anticipated for March 12, 2026. The Notice to Proceed is expected June 26, 2026, with an estimated start date of July 27, 2026. Completion for this GMP, is expected May 23, 2031. However, all GMPS are expected to be completed by May 23, 2031. The value listed is that of the total project value.
