Question Deadline 07/31/2025 Questions from Bidders must be directed to the Engineer as soon as possible to allow sufficient time for preparation and distribution of addenda. Deadline for Interpretations and Questions Five (5) days before Bid date. The work to be bid on is as follows o Replacement of various sizes and types of stormwater pipes with new o Installation of multiple standard catch basins and multiple custom catch basins o Milling and paving o The allotted time for construction is 120 calendar days A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering into the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the City of Martin. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. This project is being supported with the American Rescue Plan Act Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements are attached to this opportunity.
