Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Martin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.

Sealed bids are invited for the replacement of the roof and materials for Fire/Rescue/EMS Station #2, located at 111 Ellis Street. The work includes the tear-off and disposal of the current roofing material down to the decking, replacement of the insulated fiber board (at least ½” thick), installation of a new thermoplastic olefin (TPO) roofing membrane (at least .45 mil thick), sealing around all roof protrusions, and all associated labor costs. Interested bidders are encouraged to schedule a site visit.
