Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; for the construction of a 115,000-square-foot educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.

As of January 30, 2026, construction has not started. They are in the process of bid leveling. Construction is scheduled to start mid-March 2026. They have not awarded any trades until final Board approval which should take place mid Februrary. This will only include Earthwork , Site Utilities, Foundations and Steel. They have a final GMP Bid Package that will be issued in February to bid out the final trades. Phillips/May Corporation as Construction Manager at Risk will be accepting proposals from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Dallas ISD Seagoville Prekindergarten through 8th Grade project.
