The approximate major work items include: 1. Replacement of the existing roof system in its entirety with new built-up system, including insulation, plies, flashing and metal edge system All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond and made payable to the order of Warren County Treasurer's Office, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid; provided said check or bid bond shall not exceed $20,000.00. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids.
