Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tieton, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project Description The work to be performed by the Consultant consists of providing professional services to prepare Plans, Specifications and Estimate (PS&E), construction administration and observation, environmental documentation and permit preparation, surveying, project management, and geometrics and hydraulics engineering for the improvements to the North Tieton Road Sidewalk and associated infrastructure. This project has a 0% DBE goal. The major features of the project are as follows: o Construct new sidewalk along North Tieton Road from Naches Avenue to Wisconsin Avenue. o Curb and gutter. o Storm drainage improvements. o ADA compliant sidewalks and accessibility improvements. The City of Tieton reserves the right to amend terms of this "Request for Qualifications" (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. Any questions regarding this project should be directed to Frank Brewer. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Tieton reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phases (R/W, CN) associated with this/these project(s).
