The work consists of the reconstruction of Wisconsin Avenue and N. Tieton Road, including approximately 1,600 cubic yards of unclassified excavation, 1,850 tons of crushed surfacing, 700 tons of HMA, 1,400 square yards of concrete sidewalk, 2,100 linear feet of curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities, illumination, beautification improvements, signing, striping, and other related improvements. The contract allows seventy working days for completion. Bids must be accompanied by a bond or certified check for at least 5% of the bid amount. Bids must be submitted in writing on forms provided in the specifications, sealed, and delivered to the Clerk. Minimum prevailing wages must be paid.
