Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ephrata, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; detention facility; detention facility; municipal facility; and municipal facility.
The project consists of construction of an approximately 180,000 s.f., 512 bed new .jail including jail administrative support spaces. Also included is a new, two-story Sheriffs office, evidence building and K9 training building. This bid package will include a bidder designed landscape and irrigation scope of work based on a program that will be provided as part of the bid package. Bids will be accepted prior to the date and time listed above for this bid release. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received.
