The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), on behalf of Bellaire Puritas LLC is seeking quotes from qualified Contractor for Mechanical Upgrades Question Deadline 06/23/2025 All questions regarding the RFQ and requirements must be emailed to Yasvel Couso Trigo at cousotrigoy@cmha.net. The Authority will not execute a contract on the successful proposer's form of contract. By submitting a response, the successful proposer agrees to the terms in the RFQ and the attachments. All contract documents, including any contractor-supplied agreements shall be reviewed by the Contracting Officer prior to execution. Services shall not be performed for CMHA without an authorizing "Notice to Proceed" received by the Contractor by email. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, and to accept any bid deemed to be in its best interest. CMHA also reserves the right to seek additional or new bids and to waive informalities and minor inequities in bids received. This project is not subject to Davis-Bacon or HUD prevailing wage rates.
