Description: Rehabilitation of an existing 210,000-gallon ground level water storage tank including lead paint removal, interior and exterior blasting and painting, repair of roof and access items, interior ladder replacement, as well as additive alternates for rehab/welding of interior beams, miscellaneous weld repairs, exterior ladder replacement, hatch and top rail replacements, and external spigot. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. There is no refund of plan costs to any bidder. The Project has an expected duration of: 120 days for Substantial Completion / 150 days for Final Completion.
