Reference Number 0000387920 Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Contractors License Required Bid Bond - 5 % - Performance Bond - 100 % - Payment Bond - 100 % Sewer Main Rehabilitation Annual Contract Rehabilitation of approximately 6,900 linear feet of 8", 10", 12", and 15" diameter sewer using cured-in-place pipe lining. The Work includes sewer cleaning and pre- and post-rehabilitation television inspection as set out more fully in the Specifications. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor and equipment as well as traffic control to complete the Work. Work may be conducted throughout the City of Clarksville Gas and Water Department's operating area (Site), with specific locations issued through Work Orders. Bidders must be licensed contractors as required by Tennessee Code Annotated (TCA) 62-6-103 and 62-6-112. Bidders are required to provide evidence of compliance with TCA Title 62, Chapter 6 before any Bidder's Bid may be considered. Bidders will be required to submit a Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Upon Contract award, the Successful Bidder must provide performance and payment bonds in accordance with the General Conditions, as may be modified by the Supplementary Conditions, at time of delivery of the executed Agreement to the Owner.
