Reference Number 0000390610 Polyaluminum Hydroxychloride The Clarksville Gas and Water Department desires to obtain bids for shipments of polyaluminum hydroxychloride for the Water Treatment Plant for a one-year contract (July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026) with an option to renew for two (2) additional consecutive one-year (1) periods with agreement from both parties at the same terms, conditions and pricing. The product will be clean with no contaminants to insure best quality product. Minimum specifications are based on Chemtrade/General Chemical's Hyper Ion 1090. Alternative bidders with products meeting standard minimum specifications must seek preapproval prior to bidding (See #3 below). Any bids received on products that are not preapproved will be rejected. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. No Bid Will Be Accepted After the Date and Time Written Above. All Bids Must Be Signed by a Person Authorized to Bind Your Company to a Contract. All Bids Must Be Returned by Sealed Envelope. Quote on This Sheet. Attach Additional Information if Necessary.
