**As of June 19, 2025, the project was awarded to Meadows Contracting but the awarded amount is not available.** The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The contractor shall have immediate notice to proceed upon notice of award. It is critical that project is completed on or before July 31, 2025. Project Description The Clarksville-Montgomery County School System (CMCSS) is seeking a bid for sewer rehabilitation at Northwest High School (800 Lafayette Rd., Clarksville). CMCSS is seeking bids for the complete installation of items to include labor, material, equipment, and layout where necessary. This work shall include all site clean-up (including restoration of turf with preparation, seed, & straw) and proper removal of associated debris. Construction debris needsto be placed in a contractor-furnished dumpster and needsto be removed and properly disposed of off-site. Installation shall be per the attached specifications and drawings. All installation activities will need to be coordinated through CMCSS Facilities Management upon written Notice to Proceed from the owner.
