The Marquette County Facilities department is seeking bids to perform work to roof repairs on a ballasted roof at the main courthouse walkway/ramp located between the Annex building and the Historic Courthouse (Photos included on county website RFP link). Meet at the Facilities receiving doors located on Baraga Ave. The Marquette County Facilities reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Requests for interpretation of the terms and conditions of this RFP and project specifications must be made by e-mail to Don Bianchi at the Marquette County Facilities dbianchi@mqtco.org by close of business June 26, 2025 Roof Scope of work - Roof Replacement - The work shall consist of replacement of existing ballasted roof material layer and replacement of sub-roof decking as needed, installation of new underlayment, ice shield, roofing materials rated for a minimum of 12- 20 years. - Install polyisocyanurate insulation and 0.6 EPDM membrane, re-use existing ballast and sweep back. - Proposals should clearly articulate the materials offered within the bid document. Proposals should articulate the full warranty details - Proposals must detail the additional materials required for the correct installation and warranty conditions (i.e. ridge vents, drip edges, snow fence, flashing, ice/weather shielding, etc.).
