Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Water, Sanitary, Drainage, and Paving Facilities. The deadline to ask questions is 6/23/2025 12:00 PM CST HERON RUN PARK WATER LINE STAKING o All water lines and fittings will be staked. o Centerline of water is staked at a minimum of every 50 feet. o Every fitting is staked o Flush valves will have an offset stake with distance to centerline flush valve and cut/fill to top of curb o Stakes will have blue flagging. SANITARY SEWER STAKING o All MH's tee's and stacks will be staked o MH: Center of MH with an offset and line-only stakes o MH offsets: will have cuts to all flowlines in the MH o Stacks and Tee's: Stakes online between MH's o Sanitary Leads: End of lead with an offset (with cut to flowline) and a line-only stake o Stakes will have green flagging. STORM SEWER STAKING o All MH's and inlets will be staked o MH: Center of MH with an offset and line-only stake o MH Offset: Will have cuts to all flowlines in the MH o Inlets: Staked at back of curb when possible or with offsets to back of curb, depending on site conditions. Each inlet will have a stake at centerline of inlet at back of curb and an offset up and down the curb line (or offsets of such). Cuts to flow lines will be shown. o Stakes will have pink flagging PAVING STAKING o Paving will be staked on an offset line parallel to the back of curb, the offset stake will have a distance to back of curb and a cut/fill to top of curb. Stakes will be at even 50 feet stations, horizontal PC's & PT's and vertical VPI's. Vertical curves will be staked at 10' intervals. o All streets will be staked on both sides. o Curb returns will be staked with offset and cut/fill to top of curb. o Radius points (at curb returns) will be staked, marked with the back of curb radius distance. o Stakes will have white flagging. o Slope paving LOT GRADE STAKING o Stake all design grade elevations within the proposed lots. o Provide a line with crows' foot and cut/fill to design elevation. o All grade stakes will be staked with a wooden lath and orange flagging. o Stake design elevation for swale Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract Documents and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates and Bonds within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the successful bidder. If a certified or cashiers check is provided, the successful bidder shall deliver, at the bid opening address, the original certified or cashiers check within one (1) business day of receipt of the bid opening.
