Bidders may, but are not required to, submit through the Building Connected platform. There is no cost associated with the Building Connected submission, but the bidder assumes all risk associated with internet connectivity, software delays, and any other issues related to an electronic submission. Successful Bidders will be required, as a condition precedent to award of contract, to furnish - acceptable Certificates of Insurance as required in the Project Manual. The bid documents will be distributed by DeMaria Building Company. Bids shall be on forms in the same format as those furnished by the DeMaria Building Company in Section 004000. Bidders shall agree not to withdraw bid proposals for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after date for receipt of bids. The successful Bidders will be required to enter into a contract with DeMaria Building Company on the Agreed Form identified in Section 004500 of the Project Manual. Grosse Ile Township Schools, Planet Moran Real point, The Collaborative, and DeMaria Building Company are independent of each other and DeMaria Building Company acts solely as the Construction Manager for the project.
