The Township of Grosse Ile (Township) is soliciting proposals from Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) qualified engineering firms with expertise in movable bridges for the purpose of providing design and construction engineering services of the Grosse Ile Toll Bridge (GITB). The responsibility of the selected engineering firm (Consultant) will be to assist the Township Board and Management in the development of construction plans and proposal for the rehabilitation of the GITB including advertising, bidding and performing construction engineering and inspection of the proposed project.
