Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pomeroy, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Resurfacing and striping of, or portions of, C39, C51, C51D, C79, C19, C55, C55A, C75 and various streets in Rutland Village. Bidders must obtained bid documents to Owner. The engineer's estimate for this project is $1,327,203.00. Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in the full amount of the bid with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Meigs County Commissioners or by certified check, cashier's check, on irrevocable letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of nou less than 10% of the bid amount in the favor of the aforesaid Meigs County Commissioners. Bid bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Bidders must be prequalified. Prequalification shall be in accor-dance with 102.01 of the 2023 Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material Specifications. Bids shall be sealed and marked as Bid for: 2025 County Paving Project - Parts 1 & 2 and mailed or delivered to: Meigs County Commissioners The Meigs County Courthouse 100 E.
