**As of August 28, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project Consists of Two Contracts. Contract #1 - Wwtp Upgrades and Contract #2 Lift Station Upgrade. Any Such Letter of Credit Shall Be Revocable Only at the Option of the Beneficiary Owner. The Amount of the Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit Shall Be Equal to Ten (10) Percent of the Bid and the Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Submit a Bond in the Form Provided in 153.57 of the Ohio Revised Code in Conjunction With the Execution of the Contract. Each Proposal Must Contain the Full Name of the Party or Parties Submitting the Bidding Documents and All Persons Interested Therein. Each Bidder Must Submit Evidence of Its Experiences on Projects of Similar Size and Complexity. Each Bidder is Required to Furnish With Its Submission of the Fully Completed Bid Documents, a Bid Security in Accordance With Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid Security Furnished in Bond Form (Bid Guarantee and Contract and Performance Bond as Provided in Section 153.57.1 of the Ohio Revised Code), Must Be Issued by a Surety Company or Corporation Licensed in the State of Ohio to Provide Said Surety. Those Bidders That Elect to Submit Bid Guaranty in the Form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit Pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code and in Accordance With Section 153.54 (C) of the Ohio Revised Code. The Village of Pomeroy Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities. The Village of Pomeroy Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Increase or Decrease or Omit Any Item or Times and/or Award the Bid to the Lowest and Best Bidder. The Engineer's Estimate for This Project is Contract #1 - $395,000 and Contract #2 - $300,000. The Village of Pomeroy Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities.
