Site work and new construction of a library in Pomeroy, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,200-square-foot library; and for site work for a library.
Furnishing the material and performing the labor for the execution and construction of: Contract Estimated Cost General Contract $235,000.00 All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Meigs County District Public Library reservesthe right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conductnecessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. ***Bid Event: Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to MeigsCounty District Public Library, ATTN: Kristi Eblin, Director, 216W. Main Street, Pomeroy, OH 45769 and plainly marked on theoutside "RACINE BRANCH LIBRARY PAVILION PROJECTBID." SCOPE OF WORK A. The Project consists of the construction of a new 3,200 square foot covered stage area with storage and two new bathrooms. B. Work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Sitework. 2. General Construction. 3. Plumbing Construction. 4. HVAC Construction. 5. Electrical Construction. C. Miscellaneous furnishings and equipment except as shown and specified, will be furnished by the Owner, and installed by the Contractor. The contractor advised not to construe this paragraph as releasing any obligation on his part to provide complete systems for all work shown or specified.
