Renovation of a municipal facility in Pomeroy, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for the renovations of the existing Meigs County Highway Department located at 34110 Fairgrounds Road, Pomeroy, OH, for: Project: Meigs County Highway Department. Work will include all structural reinforcing, replacement of 2 concrete masonry walls, roofing, electrical, and other work as described in the contract documents. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Guaranty in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 002113 - Instructions to Bidders and Document 003100 - Available Project Information. Contractor must follow Ohio Prevailing Wage Requirements. And shall submit Certified Payrolls with each Application for Payment. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Meigs County Highway Department Renovations Bid" to the of- fice of the Meigs County Commissioners at 100 East 2nd Street, Suite 203, Pomeroy, OH, prior to Bid Opening date and time noted above. Electronic bids will not be accepted. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
