Official Bid documents can be obtain thru Meigs County - Engineer Resurfacing and Striping, or Portions of, C28agd, C30fr, C25,and C403. The Engineer's Estimate for This Project is $1,340,383.00.domestic Steel Use Requirements as Specified in Section 153.011 of the Revised Code Apply Tothis Project. Copies of Section 153.011 of The revised Code Can Be Obtained From Any of The offices of the Department of Administrative services. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by Either a Bid Bond in the Full amount of the Bid With a Surety Satisfactory to the Aforesaid Meigs county Commissioners or by Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Or irrevocable Letter of Credit Upon a Solvent Bank in the Amount of Not less Than 10% of the Bid Amount in the Favor of the Aforesaid Meigs county Commissioners. Bid Bonds Shall Be Accompanied by Proof of Authority of the Official or Agent Signing the Bond. Bidders Must Be Prequalified. Prequalification Shall Be in Accordance With 102.01 of the 2023 Ohio Department of Transportation construction and Material Specifications.
