The Work generally includes, but is not limited to: Replacement of Transformer, Generator, and Main Power Distribution Kiosk; Distribution system capacity upgrade at the Engineering Building (Optional); Upgrades to the composting facility unit substation (Optional); and Backup power capacity upgrade at the Flare Station (Optional).
