The Daisytown Community Center Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Informality in the Bidding. Bids May Be Held by the Daisytown Community Center for a Period Not to Exceed Forty-five (45) Days From the Date of Opening of Bids for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids and Investigating the Qualifications of Bidders, Prior to Awarding of the Contract. Question Deadline 06/20/2025 No oral interpretation will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the Contract Documents or any part thereof. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. Any inquiry received seven or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration In No Event Will the Daisytown Community Center Consider a Contractor as Eligible if He Cannot Initiate the Work Under the Contract Within 15 Days of the Contract Execution and Proceed to the Successful Completion of the Work Within 60 Consecutive Calendar Days of the Notice to Proceed.
