Awarded bidder shall provide 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond and 15% Maintenance Bond for the project. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day. Bids may be held by North Bethlehem Township for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding the contract. North Bethlehem Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof.
