Site work and paving for a road / highway in East Greenville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
All bidders are required to submit non-collusion affidavits (provided with bid package) and material safety data sheets (if applicable). Performance Bond with Workers' Compensation Affidavit and Certificate of Insurance must be provided by the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the date of reading of bids. Bidder is required to comply with the provisions of the Public Works Employment Verification Act (43 P.S. &167.1, et. seq.), as well as any regulations promulgated thereunder (4 Pa. Code Ch. 66). The Township reserves the right to estimate quantities of materials to be bid upon without obligation to purchase more or less of said quantities than actually needed; to reject any and all bids, in part or in full; and to waive any informalities in bids. Bids will be awarded to the company with the lowest total bid including both Bituminous Seal Coat and Crack Sealing.
