Site work and paving for a civil project in East Greenville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This Project was financed [in part] by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority. The work to be performed under this contract generally consists of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the installation of approximately 12,000 linear feet of 8" water main including but not limited to replacement of existing water services to curb stops/boxes, installation of water meter pits, testing and disinfection of the new water main, abandonment-in-place of the existing water main between connection points, traffic controls, erosion and sediment controls, and associated pavement and landscape restoration as shown on the construction drawings and as specified in the Project Manual. In certain instances, the work may entail replacement of water services from building to meter pit/curb stop based on service material (i.e., if existing service material determined to be lead or galvanized requiring replacement), at The Upper Hanover Authority's direction. All work shall be completed in strict accordance with the construction drawings and Project Manual and is contained under one unit price contract. SERIAL NO. 20253021260 & 20253021261 Question Deadline 12/30/2025, 10:00 AM at Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the "Messages/Vendor Discussions" feature electronically no later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids. Estimated Contract Value: $3,500,000 - $4,250,000 Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount payable to the Authority along with an Agreement of Surety certifying that the required Performance and Payment Bonds will be provided to the Bidder. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish proof of insurance and bonds for Performance, Payment, and Maintenance in such form as meets the approval of the Authority and having as security thereon such Surety company or companies as are approved by the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, to waive any informality in the bids or to make an award to such Bidder who, in the judgment of the Authority, makes the most advantageous bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
