Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Greenville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project will consist of the excavation/demolition of the existing roadway to the subgrade, and placement of approximately 4,100 SY of 2A subbase stone, bituminous base and wearing course on Colonial Drive between Morris Road and Valley Road. Installation of three (3) ADA ramps, including curb and sidewalk approach Items for sweeping and preparation, and joint sealing around curbs, manholes, inlets, and valve boxes will be incidental to the project. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Borough of East Greenville, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond and Labor and Materialmen's Bond. The Borough of East Greenville reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding when, in the opinion of the Borough, such rejections or waivers shall be to its interest or advantage. Prior to awarding the contract, bids may be held by the Borough of East Greenville for a period not to exceed (60) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders.
