Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Greenville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project will consist of excavation and removal of old roadway and subgrade, installation of new 6" 2A stone subbase, 5" of 25 mm asphalt base course, and 1-1/2" 9.5 mm asphalt wearing course. Also included will be replacement of 10 ADA ramps, 2 driveway aprons and 92 S.F. of sidewalk with associated curb. Items for tack coating, adjustment of utilities and joint sealing around curbs, manholes, inlets, and valve boxes will be incidental to the project. Excavate and remove old roadway and subgrade. Install new 6" PennDOT 2A stone subbase. Provide and install frame adjustment rings on all utility boxes, as required. Placement of Superpave, WMA, 25 mm base course. Placement of Superpave, WMA, 9.5 mm wearing course. Replacement of select sections of curb and sidewalk. Replacement of ADA ramps. Installation and maintenance of traffic barriers and controls. Providing flag person(s) as necessary to ensure traffic safety. Sealing of all joints with joint sealer as specified on the plans and within the specifications Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages are set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
