This project generally consists of structural rehabilitation of impact damage to the bridge railing and superstructure, and provide best management practices and traffic control for construction activity in accordance with the plans and specifications. To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawai'i, General Contractor's license. See Special Notice to Bidders for licensing requirements. Bidders must possess a valid State of Hawai'i, General Engineering Contractor's License "A".
