Window Washing Service - Main Lodge Building This is a contract for Window Washing Services at General Butler State Resort Park located at 1608 HWY 227, Carrollton, KY 41008-0325. This is a renewal contract with a one-year renewal. This service is on an "as needed basis" and could be needed approximately five (5) times a year or as deemed necessary by the Park Manager. Window and door cleaning for the main lodge building. Windows and doors to be cleaned inside and outside including the dining room. Gift Shop window cleaning is EXTERIOR only. The Park Manager will contact the vendor one (1) week prior to needing services. At that time, they will schedule specific dates and times when windows and doors will need to be cleaned. Clean exterior only of all windows. This will include twelve (12), 32 x 68 panes on the first floor and eleven (11), 32 x 68 panes on the second floor. This service is on an "as needed basis" approximately five (5) times a year or as deemed necessary by the Park Manager.
