Bids for the repair of (2) canopy covers [24' x 60' x 15' and 24' x 30' x 15'] and extension of (1) existing canopy structure from [24' x 30' x 15' to 24' x 60' x 15'] located at Raymond P. Oglesby Preserve Park - 3115 S.W. 52nd Avenue, Pembroke Park, FL, 33023. The objective of the project is to replace the existing worn out covers and extend the shorter one to match existing. *NOTE* All measurements provided are estimates. Bidders must confirm measurements onsite prior to bidding. The project includes, but is not limited to: o Replace covers of existing carports and extension. o Replacement of cover material to equal or better quality. o Extension of (1) carport to match existing structure. o Compliance with local building codes and obtaining all necessary permits. (Permit Costs will be re-imbursed) All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Town of Pembroke Park Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
