REPAINT EXTERIOR AND WINDOW REPLACEMENT AT ALOHA TOWER Description S10917R - REPAINT EXTERIOR AND WINDOW REPLACEMENT AT ALOHA TOWER, HONOLULU HARBOR, OAHU, HAWAII The scope of work consists of repainting the entire exterior and window replacement on Floors 3-8 at Aloha Tower. The scope of work consists of repainting the exterior and window replacement on Floors 3-8 at Aloha Tower, located at 1 Aloha Tower Drive, Honolulu, H96813. Major items of work include exterior painting of Aloha Tower; concrete spall repair; repainting of ground level; and aluminum windows replacement on Floors 3-8. Theestimated cost of construction is between $2,500,000.00 and $3,000,000.00 COMPLETION TIME: All work shall be completed within TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY (270) CALENDAR DAYS from the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed from the Department. All work shall be completed by August 2026. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00) for each and every calendar day which the Contractor has delayed the completion of this project All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall besubmitted in HIePRO no later than September 11, 2025, 2:00 p.m., HST.
