Project no- UHM 1163-23-788 Question Deadline 06/27/2025 Basic Bid: The project scope includes the interior renovation of Holmes Hall Building at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Interior renovation work is located at the mezzanine room M180 SHPSVC. M180SHPSVC work includes demolition of existing prefabricated stairs and railing, and installation of new prefabricated aluminum stairs. Additional architectural work are new 42-inch high metal stud walls along the mezzanine's perimeter, metal guard rails and associated finish work. Painting on partial height guard walls and ceiling in M180. Painting on gate/railing in M100S11, including railings and guardrails. Electrical work includes installation of new 277Y/480V and 208Y/120V electric panels, including transformer, disconnect switch, circuit breaker and wiring. Disconnecting, removal and disposal of existing lighting fixtures, wiring, and mounting hardware. New suspended LED light fixtures, lighting controls and wiring with related hazardous material and ceiling work. There is also new receptables and wiring along the perimeter of room. The University reserves the right at any time, if additional funds are available, to add additional work to the project scope to include, but not be limited to new work, repairs, upgrades, and demolition. Any additional work shall generally be within the Project limits. The contract time for this project shall be 120 consecutive calendar days from the effective date designated in the Notice to Proceed.
