The construction of a commemoration park that includes an entrance, driveway, parking lot, concrete plaza for art installation , and signage. All sitework, sculpture installations, signage, gravel road and parking lot, site furnishings, and landscaping, supply and installation of silt fence. NS Department of Public Works requirements in respect to safety requirements in the operation of equipment, public safety and haulage shall apply. All environmental requirements of materials on site and while in transport and erosion control on the site. All damage and required repair to existing road facilities, all cleaning, rerouting and undercutting in association with additional clearing and grubbing operations between the existing natural features to remain and the required work of this Contract to the satisfaction of the Consultant. The project shall be substantially complete on or before August 30, 2025. The site is available for construction purposes starting construction of the work July 2, 2025.
