Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the construction of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The work consists of constructing a new boiler building and associated control systems, including expansion and relocation of the graphic control system, at an active medical facility. The Contractor shall completely prepare the project site for operations, including demolition and removal of existing site elements, and shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform the work in accordance with the statement of work, drawings, and specifications. The project includes all construction activities required to support new boiler operations and integrated controls, coordination with existing infrastructure, and full completion of the work as designed. This procurement is conducted as an unrestricted solicitation in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation provisions and is open to all qualified businesses. The magnitude of construction is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. Funds are not currently available, and no contract award will be made until appropriated funds are available. Location: Bruce W.
