Plans and specifications are for viewing purposes only and in order to be considered an official bidder contractors must obtain plans and specifications from Goodwyn Mills & Cawood LLC. Please send order form located on GMC website and send to the GMC contact. Runway Reconstruction at Carl Folsom Airport Major items of work include: Elba Runway full depth repair, taxiway tie in, pavement removal, shoulder work, minor lighting reconfiguration, safety area grading, seeding and mulching. Document Acquisition Note: Said cost represents the cost of printing, reproduction, handling, and distribution, therefore no refund will be granted. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to "Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC." Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid, but not to exceed $50,000. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to the Elba Airport Authority. A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal of 4.06% has been established for this project. The Elba Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids received.
