Project Fish #105082: Unit Repairs 3 Hemlock: RE-BID at Trestle Way Development 667-02 Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of: A complete renovation of an existing one-bedroom unit, including kitchen and bath. Minor asbestos abatement is required. The work is estimated to cost $ 55,818. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. A. The work under the Contract consists of: 1. Complete renovation of an existing one-bedroom unit, including kitchen and bath. Asbestos abatement is required. 2. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. Complete renovation of an existing one-bedroom unit, including kitchen and bath. Asbestos abatement at the kitchen sink is required Completion-60 consecutive calendar days.
